Management Accountant (position with relocation to a European country)

Functions

• Cost control function
• Daily cost-control including operating expenses approval process
• Development of cost-control functions, initiation and coordination of operating expenses approval process automation
• Weekly and monthly plan/ fact analysis of operating expenses by business lines
• Allocation of operating expenses by business lines Improvement of cost allocation process: analysis of cost centers functionality, proposal of allocation keys
• Coordination of Operating expenses budgeting process (collection of information from cost centers, consolidation, communication to Senior management)
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports for business lines and Senior Management in part of operating expenses
• Forecast, Budget and monthly management reporting
• Participation in budgeting process (communication with business lines, maintenance of budget model, consolidation of data, preparation of presentations)
• Monthly management reporting preparation and variance analysis, profitability analysis
• Business cases analysis, involvement in long-term strategy modelling
• Preparation of materials to Management Board and Board of Directors European Central Bank (ECB) reports relating to profitability
• Monthly and ad-hoc forecasting, coordination with business lines regarding pipelines

Skills & Experience

• High degree in economic/finance
• Experience in the financial analyst position from 5 years
• Good knowledge of the management accounting and reporting principles
• Advanced Excel
• Advanced English
• High orientation on the results
• Attention to details and strong analytical skills
• Experienced in SQL data base
